Louis aka "BLOOMFIELD MR LOUIS VUITTON" is a WB gelding 8yo (DOB 11/12/15), 16.1hh by Versace out of Bloomfield Royal Charm Il (Royal Hit x Capone).

Louis has been correctly produced for dressage with a solid foundation of basics, and enormous potential to build in this area. With his first start completed at Boneo with us at CTE for solid performances and placings in the novice recently, this guys is more than ready for a busy dressage season ahead! He has regularly attended lessons and has been relaxed to handle and ride at home and out.

Louis is absolutely bred to perform, and you can see this through his absolutely stunning type and exceptional paces. He has an out-of-this-world canter with huge scope and ground-cover but still very adjustable and balanced. He has a wonderful back to sit on with a very regular swing that you can feel through his whole body. The work comes very naturally to him, and he picks up new exercises/ movements very easily.

He is working at a novice dressage level with basic laterals underway - leg yield/shoulder in etc. He maintains a good independent rhythm and is generally not lazy or overly reactive. He is beautifully supple through his ribs both ways and works comfortably in alignment from the inside hind to the outside rein offering good bend and mobility through his shoulders/ribs.

He is responsive to the half-halt and starting to really build some strength in his more collected work in just a few short weeks here with us. He is very straightforward in the contact - light and elastic sitting in balance and self-carriage with a soft mouth. He has loads of natural impulsion, and it is very easy to add more and direct this energy where you like. He is reasonably straight both ways in his regular work, and lateral work and has a wonderful trainability that will see him progress quickly through the levels.

We have found Louis to be an absolute dream to handle. He has the sweetest, kindest personality with a very calm disposition, and is very affectionate towards people. He hasn't put a single hoof out of line here and has been very settled in he paddock, day yards and stables so is very easy to have around.

Louis is a very serious, talented dressage propsect that ticks all the boxes with the personality of a fun, easygoing best friend. Horses like this really do not come along often and we really are very delighted to be able to present a horse like this for sale.
