Tommy is a striking, big-moving gelding with an exceptional temperament. He is genuinely lovely to have around and very easy to do everything with. He loves people, enjoys attention and is a pleasure to handle on the ground and under saddle.

Education and Experience:

• Won multiple EA Prelim championships, consistently scoring high 60s

• Established Novice and training Elementary

• Laterals established: shoulder in, travers, half pass

• Walk-to-canter established

• Competed low-level eventing

• Confident and straightforward over fences

Tommy is a soft, easy ride who sits a little on the lazier side. He keeps a rhythm naturally and is simple to jump, point and go. He is schooling 80cm XC and 90 cm showjumping with ease, showing scope and willingness to progress further.

His nature makes him suitable for an intermediate rider. However, due to his level of education he will suit someone with a knowledge of their aids, simply to ensure he is not unintentionally cued for more advanced work.

I recently took Tommy to a local Pony Club grounds. He was very well-behaved, did everything asked of him without any fuss, and floated perfectly there and back

Tommy would make a fantastic all rounder for a knowledgable rider wanting a quality, educated horse with a beautiful nature.

Please note Tommy has scarring to 3 of his legs (can provide photos), his current owner had him vet checked when she purchased him and the scarring was deemed to be superficial
