Companion horse only, Alfie is a 13 year old, 15.3hh bay WB/Arabian gelding. Alfie has moderate ringbone in his front left hoof, which is also his problem foot. His Coffin bone in that foot in angled downwards, which has meant that his sole has worn away and is thin. Corrective shoeing could possibly help this, but due to the ringbone - he can’t not be a ridden horse anymore.

Alfie has the most lovely nature. He is up to date with everything. Good to catch/shoe/feed etc but unbeknownst to us when we bought him, he has an intermittent floating issue. Depending on the float, he will get on, but doesn’t like ours.

Free to good home, he needs to be rehomed as soon as possible.
