Macca came to us on a winter lease and quietly found a permanent place in our hearts. He’s the pony that gave our daughter confidence, taught her the foundations of riding, and has been the safest, most willing partner anyone could ask for.

Whatever you ask of him, he gives it his best.

He is completely handled by a 9-year-old who catches, grooms, floats, tacks up, washes and fusses over him. Barefoot, easy keep, happy to be paddocked or stabled, likes having other horses around but fine out and about solo, easy traveller, use to long float trips for competitions, the same out as he is at home. Holds his own in a herd and isn’t horse shy.

Macca is a forward, fun ride rather than a kick-along pony. He loves having a job and enjoys getting out and seeing the world. He would be best suited to a child who has mastered the basics and is ready for a responsive pony to continue learning and competing with.

When meeting new people he can be a little reserved, but once he trusts you, he’s an incredibly loyal little mate.
