🐴 FOR SALE – JILLIBY JEDI (JED) 🐴

16.2hh Heritage Stock Horse Gelding – $3,500 ONO

📍 Gippsland, Victoria

Breeding:

• Heritage Stock Horse (HSH)

• Sire: Booerie Creek Flying Star

Jed is a 16.2hh Heritage Stock Horse gelding with plenty of go, energy and personality. He is an educated horse who is great with cattle and enjoys having a job to do.

The good points:

• Well educated with plenty of ability.

• Great with cattle.

• Forward moving and responsive.

• Can be ridden out on his own.

• Has never bucked, reared or bolted.

• Easy to catch, worm and shoe.

• Floats in both straight-load and angle-load floats, although he prefers angle-load.

• Does not bolt backwards when unloading.

His little quirks:

• Can be sensitive when being girthed up.

• Has a clever habit of untying ropes from tie-up points with his teeth!

• Can become unsettled when ridden in large groups but is happy being ridden on his own.

Jed would be best suited to a confident, capable rider who enjoys a forward-moving, educated horse. He is not suited to a beginner.

He has plenty to offer the right person, particularly someone looking for a horse with cattle experience, good breeding and a bit of personality.

A genuine sale, and finding the right home is important.
