Kelpie is up for sale due to no fault of his own, I had a terrible accident and can no longer ride and fear he is going to waste if I can’t work him anymore.

Kelpie is a beautiful horse on the ground, he will walk close to you at all times, never had any history of rearing or bolting on the lead, and is extremely docile on foot.

Under saddle he has been trained up to canter, and is extremely front forward. He has a very large stride which I personally cannot sit due to my size, and was something i was working on up until my accident.

Kelpie will try his heart out for you if you respect him. He is definitely a horse that reciprocates the energy that you are giving off.
He is much more of an arena horse, he’s very shy out on trails and I would NOT recommend him to a beginner or novice home due to his education.
5* home is a must, price is negotiable.
Will pull his shoes if he isn’t wearing bell boots, all 4 feet are shod.

Can be sold with some gear at an extra price, not inc saddle.

This is an extremely hard sale for me as i was going to keep him until his final days, I considered this horse as my best mate. However I can no longer afford the upkeep and I want him to excel to his max potential. He is an extremely beautiful horse that would suit a home looking for a project horse. He has done jumping with his previous family and only a couple times with me, however i’m not sure what he will cap himself at. Serious enquiries and buyers only.
