Bling is a striking, talented and incredibly versatile gelding who has an extensive résumé across a number of disciplines. He is a genuine “been there, done that” horse with plenty of ability and experience, and has so much to offer his next rider. Bling is a super fun pony with loads of ability to be enjoyed across a range of disciples. He is well established on the flat and can easily put together a prelim/novice dressage test or attend a show. Bling has experience at pony club, interschool comps, adult riding club, lessons, clinics, eventing, show jumping (up to 80cm with more scope competitively), beach rides, endurance rides and trail riding. Bling has even been to the Sydney Royals with his previous owner. Jumping and cross country are certainly where Bling lights up. He thoroughly enjoys his jumping and has plenty of ability - quick turns and scopey jump. Bling has been clicker trained in the past and has a number of voice commands. He can be ridden bitless and works well on the lunge with or without a rider. He really just does everything and anything with a cool attitude.

Bling is excellent for the farrier and dentist and self-loads onto both straight and angle floats. He is very well desensitised and confidently rides around bikes, traffic, machinery and dogs. He is also gentle and respectful around children on the ground. He can go out on his own, is good with other horses (unless he’s protecting a paddock mate mare in which case he can get a bit narky but not too silly).

Bling is a talented, responsive pony that aims to please. He is suitable for most abilities (not absolute beginners) and would even be suitable for a nervous but capable child/teen or small adult. He is the same in constant work or pulled out of the paddock after weeks off. I have owned him for 8 years and was ridden primarily by me and occasionally my daughter from the age of 9.

Bling is a beautiful, competitive and willing pony that loves hanging out with people and has a lovely kind and cheeky personality. Pleasure to deal with on the ground and handle in every way. Currently barefoot.
