Steeped in Luck is a Class 1 Irish Draught stallion known for his impressive Grand Prix dressage career and for passing on his sound temperament and conformation to his offspring. This colt is only one of two foals by Steeped in Luck in the country, and the only purebred. His dam, Icarus Freya, is a daughter of the imported Class 1 stallion Baltydaniel Breeze, a traditional Irish Draught with a kind temperament and proven show record in both dressage and jumping.

Pure Irish Draughts are a rare find on the market, especially with this caliber of quality and breeding. This exceptional colt is a testament to the classic Irish Draught type. He’s a stunning bay with a tested color genotype of Aa EE, meaning he can produce black-based foals but cannot produce red-based ones.

He’s estimated to mature around 17 hands and has already proven his potential by winning Champion Other Breeds at his first show. He will be attending a second show in the coming weeks if he is not sold beforehand.
