Stock horse x gelding, not reg and not eligible. 15-15.2hh approx rising 4yo (September)

Currently out of work - has been out of work since mid 2025.

Up to date with feet - barefoot trimmed every 6 weeks

Up to date with worming - is difficult to worm with a tube but will eat the worming pellets from your hand

Broken in by woodlands equine at the beginning of 2025, came home and ridden lightly before being turned out. Was brought back into work for a few months then turned out again due to me having a baby. Did buck once when being brought back into work but got over it quickly. He is good out on his own and with company. I’ve only ever ridden him around the farm and on trails.

Easy to catch in the paddock, will come when called. Good for farrier, groom and wash. Can be a bit head shy sometimes when putting bridle over ears. Good around machinery, bikes and dogs.

Very bossy/pushy around food with humans and other horses/stock. Not the kind of horse your kids can walk up to in the paddock and feed as he gets too pushy. Ive worked with him on this and he respects my boundaries however my husband and kids aren’t able to walk in the paddock with food due to him being pushy and having it over them. Having said that he gets fat off air and has only been fed when paddocked with the cattle that were getting fed.

Minimal floating experience however does go on if not rushed. Never been trucked but can’t see it being an issue.

Selling him as I don’t have time to work with him at the moment and I need a horse the whole family can handle as my kids are now showing interest. Fox benefits from consistent work, not suited to being pulled out of the paddock every other week for a quick ride.

Not suited for beginners or kids due to being green.
