Lucky Husson, affectionately known as Lucy, is a genuine, experienced 1* eventer looking for her next partner.

Lucy is the type of horse that is becoming increasingly hard to find, honest, brave, willing and experienced, with the ability to give her rider confidence while still having plenty to teach them.

She would be ideally suited to a confident junior, young rider or adult who is currently competing at the lower levels and is looking for an experienced horse to help them progress through the grades.

Lucy is established across all three phases and has the experience and temperament to be a fantastic schoolmaster, while still being competitive and enjoyable to ride.

Lucy is a genuine, kind mare who wants to please. She is brave without being difficult and is the sort of horse that gives her rider confidence to tackle new challenges.

She has plenty of experience under her belt but is not ready to slow down, Lucy has so much more to give and is looking for a rider who wants to continue her eventing career.

Lucy is a pleasure to have around and is easy to handle both at home and away.

She has been a much-loved member of the family and is a very special horse to her current rider.

This is a very difficult sale and is absolutely no fault of Lucy’s.

Her current rider is completing Year 12 and has decided to pursue western disciplines, meaning Lucy deserves to find a new partner who will continue doing what she loves — eventing.

We are looking for a knowledgeable, committed and caring home where Lucy will be appreciated and given the opportunity to continue her career.
