Malibu is a 16.3hh, 8-year-old palomino gelding who competed up to 1.20m, finishing last season stepping confidently into the Amateur classes. He has an abundance of scope, and a great natural jump.

He has continued to improve every season and has really matured into an exciting competition horse. His flatwork has come a huge way, he is incredibly trainable and always wants to please. He is the type of horse that continues to get better and better with more mileage, and I really feel his best is still ahead of him.

Boo is exceptionally brave and genuine to a fence and will jump from anywhere. He has plenty of power and scope while still being straightforward and forgiving. He has also been XC schooled and was an absolute superstar, so I have no doubt he would do just as well as an eventer. He’s also competed successfully in Show Hunter, loves hacking, has done beach rides, jumped hedges and is great to travel away, including on his own. He’s a really versatile horse who genuinely enjoys a bit of everything.

His ability is definitely matched by his temperament. He is one of the kindest horses I have owned and has the most amazing personality. He has had nervous riders on him and will happily drop back and look after them, then step straight back up when asked. He is great to hack, travels well and is happy going out alone or with company.
