Talented thoroughbred mare

My Gem is a chestnut mare 8 years old. Last raced October 2025. After a spell I started retraining her. She is a beautiful ride, soft mouth, floats over the ground. Has been to two outings and handled the busy atmosphere. Sensible nature, sound and a lovely type.. I haven’t jumped her only poles, basic retraining. No buck, rear etc. About 15.2hh. Equimillions eligible. Am seeking the best home for her owned her when she raced and have a special spot for her. Gem Is barefoot hasn’t had shoes on since she came off the track.

I don’t have the time to give her the best retraining, with a busy work career and an older horse I hardly get time to ride as it is. . She is a special mare would make a lovely show hack. Good to float and handle. Can get girthy when saddled but perfect once saddled up.
