Nellie is here to be rehomed, not retrained. She will not be sold as a "retrained" horse so please hold this in mind.

Since being here she as been great to handle. She has had very minimal life experience and exposure and as a result looks at the world a little wide eyed. She is fantastic to wash, lead and for the farrier.

Nellie is commencing to learn how to lunge present.

I will continue to do work with her to help make her transition easier for when she finds a home to properly commence her retraining.

Nellie is incredibly kind and affectionate, just in need of an experienced person to help her navigate how to handle the big bold world she in exploring. She has a very sweet personality, wants to be with you and looks to you for confidence. She heavily reminds me in personality, body type and movement of a purpose bred dressage warmblood I worked with in Germany who sold for over 50,000 euros. So I highly encourage the serious dressage riders and showies to take notice!

In the field she is not dominant and gets along with other horses very well and she has no feed aggression.

I believe Nellie will make an amazing dressage or show horse for a serious competitor. She truly has movement to die for and is just naturally uphill. She may also make a great jumper but I have not seen enough of her over poles or over a small jump to be able to say as confidently.

She tries very hard and wants to please and earn her treats. There is NO rush to move her on, she can stay until she finds the perfect home, and I will simply continue to produce and enjoy her as she is a pleasure to have around.
